You will learn how to create that perfect gluten window to make your own beautiful bread at home with helpful tips and guidance throughout your afternoon.
We will cover wholegrain flours and the various white flours available to us and which breads are more suited to specific flour grains.
Everything will be provided throughout your afternoon including all of the ingredients, aprons, bowls, recipes, materials and equipment.
You will have a delicious light working lunch freshly prepared on site by foundation chefs, which include sandwich platters, crisps and fresh fruit.
